Delete your account.
Deleting your account permanently erases your journal entries, chats, moods, and Aurelia’s memories from EmotiVault’s servers and signs you out everywhere. It cannot be undone, and we keep no shadow copy. If you’d like your words first, export them from the same screen before you delete.
In the app or on the web — instant
- Sign in and open You (your profile).
- Under Your data & privacy, choose Delete everything.
- Confirm. Your data is erased from our servers and this device, and you’re signed out.
Can’t sign in? Email us
Write to emotivault@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it’s really you, then delete everything and confirm back — within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything: your account, journal entries and attachments, voice notes, moods, tags, chat history, Aurelia’s memories of you, and your profile handle. Any active subscription should be cancelled first (Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play — wherever you subscribed); deleting the account does not bill you further, but store subscriptions are managed by the store.
